The Hotfix 8 update has just launched for Diablo 4; fans can check out the official patch notes and see what is offered to them. The title’s latest version is pretty extensive and brings many changes, such as balance adjustments. Below, you’ll see the Diablo 4 Hotfix 13 update patch notes.
Diablo 4 Hotfix 13 Patch Notes
Gameplay Fixes
- Addressed an issue with how monsters could infinitely spawn in Cellar Events.
Class Changes
Barbarian
- Reverting a performance change that inadvertently reduced the damage for “Hammer of the Ancients.”
Developer Note: Earlier today, we pushed out Hotfix 12 which included stability and performance improvement changes that affected Hammer of the Ancients. These changes were strictly for backend performance, but unintentionally also affected gameplay. There were no plans to reduce the damage of Hammer of the Ancients with this change. We have reverted this change as this was not intended.
HOTFIX 11 – JUNE 15, 2023 – 1.0.2
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where players in World Tier 3 and World Tier 4 could invite others to their party that were not eligible for those higher tiers.
- Fixed an issue where all World Tiers would display as unlocked when players may not have met the requirements.
- Further stability and improvements.
HOTFIX 10 – JUNE 15, 2023 – 1.0.2
Class Changes
Druid
- Resolved an unintended damage interaction with the Druid’s “Toxic Claws” passive.
Bug Fixes
- Further stability and improvements.
HOTFIX 9 – JUNE 12, 2023 – 1.0.2
Dungeons
- Further adjustments to elite monster density in dungeons.
Developer Note: We are standardizing the density of elite monsters that spawn in dungeons to ensure that no particular dungeon is clearly more efficient to run through than others.
Bug Fixes
Legendary Aspect Changes
- Fixed an issue where the damage bonus from the “Edgemaster’s Aspect” Legendary Affix was incorrectly reapplied to Whirlwind when a Shout was used.
- Resolved issues relating to “Aspect of Berserk Ripping” and Barbarian’s Two-Handed Sword Expertise that were allowing players to deal unintended amounts of damage.
Miscellaneous
- Fixed an issue where the World Tier 3 quest was given to players who have not yet met the requirements needed to advance to that World Tier.
- Fixed an issue where an event in the Dilapidated Aqueducts subzone had improper level scaling.
- Further stability improvements.
